Since its inception, the national corporation Ural Refinery has sought not only excellent production performance but also effective work management, a high-quality asset structure based on cutting-edge corporate management, oil and gas business, and human resource development. For a short period of time, the Company was able to make significant progress. The Company developed and completed ambitious (joint and independent) projects that are significant not only for the oil and gas industry, but also for the economy as a whole. These projects were developed and implemented with the help of efficient planning systems, effective production links, and joint and independent projects. Ural Refinery continues to expand its reserves and contribute to Republican oil output on a consistent basis.
Ural Refinery became the top strategic player in the domestic oil sector thanks to the efforts of its executive management and staff. Furthermore, the Company has carved out a position for itself on the world’s largest energy markets, established a solid reputation as a reliable partner, and respectfully represents and promotes the Republic of Kazakhstan’s interests. Furthermore, Ural Refinery is a socially responsible company that contributes significantly to societal advancement. Ural Refinery developed and implemented a number of social programs with the goals of providing financial incentives for employment, fostering the professional development of young professionals, caring for veterans and the disabled, and assisting other facets of the social fabric of regions that are not directly affected by the company.
Ural Refinery will undoubtedly continue to strengthen its position, relying on the honorable traditions of the country’s first oil producers while maintaining its dynamism and efforts to generate profits for all Kazakhs. The company sees social responsibility as a voluntary business investment in society’s social, economic, and ecological growth. According to the company’s social policy, the contribution is directly related to the company’s primary business and exceeds the legal minimum.
